East (of I-65) are several residential developments along Concord Road, including Brookfield and Governors Club. Further west, neighborhoods such as Holly Tree Farms, Windstone, and Hidden Valley are built into the hillier terrain. The average price of homes in Brentwood is north of $700,000.
Relative to the cost of living, Brentwood is one of the wealthiest small cities in the country. With convenient access to the areas around Nashville, it is a nice place to call home.
