Nashville, TN – Midtown

You can hear great music any night of the week in Nashville. From honky-tonks along Broadway, to the Ryman Auditorium, to the impressive new Country Music Hall of Fame, Nashville honors its country music heritage. Different styles of music have also found a welcome home in Music City. And yet, Nashville is much more than just a musical mecca.

Over the last couple of decades, Nashville has been quietly hard at work to transform itself into a great American city.

The Frist Center museum, Schermerhorn Symphony Hall, and the new public library all became instant landmarks. Bridgestone Arena (home of the NHL Predators) and Nissan Stadium (home of the NFL Titans) host major concerts and events. Ascend Amphitheater and the state-of-the-art Music City Convention Center continue to revitalize the urban center.

Residential development has energized almost every part of the city. Midtown (Hillsboro Village and Vanderbilt University) features luxury buildings such as The Adelicia and The Enclave. The Gulch has been transformed into one of the most popular areas to live with Terrazzo and Icon high rises. Once considered up-and-coming neighborhoods like East Nashville, Germantown, and 12 South have become well established, high-end areas. The Nations, Woodbine, and Wedgewood-Houston are a few unique alternatives on the rise.

With the projected growth in downtown Nashville, there will certainly be more projects and opportunities in the future. If you would like to discuss options downtown or the surrounding area, feel free to contact me at 615-545-8611 or at jeff@jefffulmer.com.
