Surrounded by green rolling hills and stretches of farmland, Brentwood is home to several country music stars that help to make up its population of over 35,000. Nestled between Nashville and Franklin/Cool Springs, Brentwood is well positioned to grow alongside its sister cities.
The city of Brentwood is currently in the process of building up its downtown to better meet the needs of this thriving business community. Maryland Farms is a huge upscale office park with over 5,000,000 of prime space. Along with a few national headquarters, Maryland Farms is also home to several good restaurants (Mere Bulles and Hanabi Sushi), walking parks, and an impressive YMCA.
Subdivisions along Franklin Road, such as Meadowlake, Fountainhead, and Princeton Hills, give buyers a variety of options. Further South and East (of I-65) there has been tremendous growth in residential development along Concord Road. Brenthaven, Brookfield, and Governor's Club offer homes with price tags between $300,000 to well over a million.
Further west, there are also some wonderful neighborhoods, such as Holly Tree Farms, Belle Rive, and Hidden Valley.
Brentwood also extends north of Williamson County and into Davidson County (Nashville). Fredericksburg, Hearthstone, and Banbury Crossing would be examples of Brentwood neighborhoods in Area 1 (or Davidson). If you are interested in condos, check out my Brentwood TN Condos web-page (http://jefffulmer.com/brentwood-tn-condos.htm) where I have posted a video for "Brentwood TN Condos."
There are some nice parks in Brentwood, such as Deerwood, Concord, and Crockett. There is also a great public library and Recreational Center (with Olympic size pool and indoor tennis courts) on Concord Road. There are private school options; however, the public school system is considered top notch.
There are a variety of options for everyone to feel at home in Brentwood. If you would like to take a closer look at the choices, feel free to contact me at 615-545-8611 or jeff@jefffulmer.com.
